Michelin-starred Chef Hemant Mathur's stellar reputation is extremely well deserved. We had them cater for an intimate group of 20 at our place last evening and they exceeded our expectations on the taste, quality, and quantity of the food (which by the way was professionally packaged and sent over in an insulated food pan container). Our experience in dealing with Chef Mathur to discuss the menu prior to the event, Reba from his office to go over the contract, and the kitchen staff they sent over to help out, was excellent. Every item had a printed sign so that our guests could see what each dish was. Bottom line is that if you are looking to cater Indian food for your next event, look no further than HMC. Chef Mathur and team, take a bow, bravo!

Hemant and the rest of the HMC team were nothing short of amazing! Hemant came recommended by a friend who had only great things to say about him. From the start, Reba was our go-to for the planning process. She was very patient, answering our numerous questions and always putting us at ease.
HMC offers an extenseive menu of options to choose from and everything we tasted during the tasting was exceptional! The food received rave reviews from our guests. We were so pleased with all of the positive feedback regarding the food taste and quality. We look forward to working with Chef Hemant and his team for our next event.

Last night's dinner is still on my mind with the tastes a pleasant memory. Thank you for providing a delicious meal, which was made even better with your gracious presence through the evening Hemantji. It was an A Team, both in the kitchen and in the front of the house. An altogether terrific evening for which you deserve a lot of credit. When it came to food, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The presentation, the execution and the flavors – all incredible!
